The Southeast District of the Oklahoma Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church is committed to fostering spiritual growth and community service, guided by the love of Christ. Our goal is to create a supportive and inclusive environment for all who are part of our District and those who are seeking a place to belong.
Our Story
The Southeast District was created to address the distinct spiritual and practical needs of Southeast Oklahoma. We recognized the importance of having a dedicated structure to support our congregations and to bring together the various communities within this beautiful region. Our formation was guided by a vision to enhance spiritual growth, foster stronger community bonds, and provide compassionate service.
Whether you are a lifelong United Methodist or new to our denomination, we invite you to join us on this journey of faith and community. Together, we can make a difference in the name of Jesus Christ!

I grew up in Bethel Acres, just outside of Shawnee. Immediately following graduation from Bethel High School, I moved to Grand Junction, CO to attend Colorado Mesa University. I am blessed to be married to a beautiful, strong, amazing woman, Audrey. We met in Washington, D.C. in 2012 at the Washington Journalism & Media Conference. We moved to the South OKC/Moore Area in 2017 and have been here ever since. We attend at Crown Heights UMC in Oklahoma City. I became the District Administrator for the Southeast District in the summer of 2024.
In my free time I enjoy listening to audiobooks, doing graphic design, streaming & playing video games on Twitch, building lego sets, and relaxing at home with my wife. We keep a busy schedule, between working, hobbies, and attending Comic-Cons (either as patrons or as vendors through my wife’s Crochet pursuits).
My favorite verse of the Bible is Psalm 23:4 (KJV). “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.” Life is not always easy, but if you remember that no matter where you are or how dark it may seem, that God is always beside you.
